Altitude
The yoga trek cover maximum altitude of 4500m at Mardi Himal Base Camp. The journey, sometimes, tough for you due to the altitude. However, with proper planning, drinking enough water, and a slow and continuous pace, will lead to the destination without facing any altitude-related difficulties.
Weather
The weather is different throughout the year and at different altitudes. Normally, the weather from March to May and September to November is suitable for the trek. During these times, you see clear mountain views, and the temperature is favorable for the hike.
You can even do a Mardi yoga trek in the winter. Temperature drops and sometimes snow make a journey more unique and adventurous.
